BROTHER SPOTLIGHT BLOG:

One of the best decisions I’ve made here at Miami was rushing DSP. I was honestly unsure at first because I didn’t know if it would be the right fit for me. However, after attending the first Info Night last semester, I had a feeling that this was exactly where I was meant to be. The way everyone carried themselves, the drive they had, and the genuine connections I saw made me realize I wanted to be surrounded by people just like that.
Being around such hardworking, passionate, and determined individuals has pushed me in ways I didn’t expect. It made me want to hold myself to a higher standard and truly become the best version of myself academically, professionally, and personally. DSP has a culture where everyone wants to succeed, but more importantly, they want the people around them to succeed too.
I can confidently say I wouldn’t be where I am today without the support, encouragement, and brotherhood that DSP brings. It’s more than just a professional organization. It’s a community that challenges you, uplifts you, and helps you grow into who you’re meant to become.
